Green Circle Salons, founded in 2009 in Canada, has already helped more than 17,000 stylists make a sustainable impact by recycling their waste streams in the most circular way possible, thereby reducing their carbon footprint. Since March 2023, we have been committed to making the professional beauty industry in the Benelux more sustainable.

Our mission is to support salons in running a more responsible and sustainable business. The first step is to start by recovering waste streams (hair, aluminum, and leftover color) and processing them in the most circular way possible. Additionally, we are developing a tool to reduce salons’ CO₂ emissions through calculations, analyses, and advice. We help salons make progress in sustainability, generate revenue, attract more customers, and save costs in an ethical and accessible way.

What does this role entail? 

• You acquire salons in various ways: cold calling, cold acquisition, attending events, etc.
• You approach already generated leads (received via marketing) and manage the entire process through to the onboarding of the salons.
• Even after closing the deal, you continue to provide these clients with excellent follow-up and service, while representing the values we stand for.
• Be the primary point of contact for salons.
• You regularly analyze and evaluate account performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve customer engagement and achieve sales targets.

What we are looking for in you:

• A bachelor degree in a relevant study or a similar practical experience
• You have a sales-driven personality and strive to exceed your targets.
• Experience in sales, including cold acquisition and visiting prospects, etc.
• Strong problemsolving skills and a creative mindset
• Excellent communicating and team skills
