Wella Professionals is committed to sustainability by producing color tubes made from 100% recycled aluminum and caps from 100% recycled plastic, saving hundreds of tons of new material every year. In addition, 85% recycled cardboard is used for packaging, preventing nearly 950 tons of new cardboard from being produced annually.
The brand’s main color collections, such as Koleston Perfect ME+ and Illumina Color, are free from animal-derived ingredients without compromising on performance. Production at the Rothenkirchen, Germany factory runs entirely on green electricity and climate-neutral gas. Moreover, no waste is sent to landfill.
